I just can't believe him for wanting to build a pot with MP1 still to act. If he has a 7 or flopped boat, I think he doesn't want to push MP1 out. Therefore, this raise wreaks of weakness and altogether bullying. However, right here, I'm not looking to build a pot with my vulnerable pair.
My plan is to lead again on the turn with a safe non-connecting card and close the door to his potential draw.

nice hand. This is one of those "no way he hit that board" type of hands on each side.
ReplyDeleteI only consider your play because you're in position. Out of position, you won't be able to control the action, and have to let the underpair go, IMO
