What would you do? #81 - Facing river half pot bet with top two

Rush poker, though I have reads on the villain.

Full Tilt Poker $0.50/$1 No Limit Hold'em - 9 players
The Official DeucesCracked.com Hand History Converter

BB: $102.60
Hero (UTG): $197.60
UTG+1: $143.15
UTG+2: $69.60
MP1: $139.50
MP2: $100.15
CO: $118.85
BTN: $223.90 - Hands: 681/VPIP:9.99/PFR:7.78/ATS:26.09/3Bet:4.13
SB: $33.20

Pre Flop: ($1.50) Hero is UTG with Ad Jd
Hero calls $1, 5 folds, BTN raises to $4.50, 2 folds, Hero calls $3.50
We're deep (200BB), so I make the call with a "speculative" hand

Flop: ($10.50) 6c Ac Js (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $5.55, Hero raises to $15, BTN calls $9.45
GREAT flop for me. I'm looking to get more money in the pot.

Turn: ($40.50) Tc (2 players)
Hero bets $22, BTN calls $22
I'm not very happy with this card. Villain attempts to steal very low. KQ could be in his range, just as many decent PPs and AK. I have to assume that if he made his straight, though, he has to be scared of another club, so he'd be raising.

River: ($84.50) 8c (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $45, Hero requests TIME, Hero ???

Hero folds
This sucks! He backdoored his AxKc on me. For a 10/8 to be leading here, I have to give him credit for the hand.

Final Pot: $84.50
BTN wins $81.50
(Rake: $3.00)

  1. agreed that sucks. BTW, I don't think KQ is in his range here unless it is specifically KcQc. He isn't calling w/ KQ, even w/ 1 club when you raise the flop.
