  2. When you bet the turn you defined his hand as a Qx, TT, QQ, KK, AA. I think he gives up worse. I am not sure he is shoving this river with less than a Q but you built the pot by betting the turn so it might be worse to fold.
    You are bluff catching the river when he really has no bluffs in his range once he c/c the turn. You hope it is a chop. I think I would have c back the turn just to open his hand up to some bluffs and feel better about calling a river bet.

  3. Against a 40/1 you have to bet the turn. Calling the river is maybe a different question.
