I know that he knows...

The only way I'm raising here is with a better spade than him... It's a neat little play you can't do more than once an hour, but when it works, it's great to drag a successful bluffed pot! I'm *SURE* he was better than me. His river bet is an "I have a spade, and I will bet enough where I can tell you I have a spade, but I don't have the nut spade."

Full Tilt Poker $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em - 9 players - http://www.thehandconverter.com/hands/281358

BB: $5.00
UTG: $25.54
UTG+1: $28.17
UTG+2: $26.20
MP1: $23.70
MP2: $48.81
Hero (CO): $27.53
BTN: $25.51
SB: $14.57

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is CO with 4h 2h
5 folds, Hero raises to $0.75, 1 fold, SB calls $0.65, BB calls $0.50
Let's mix it up a bit.

Flop: ($2.25) 9s 3s 5d (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $1.25, SB calls $1.25, BB folds
Two spades, but an open ender. I bet if the Ace hits, I'm going to get paid - no WAY he's putting me on 42...

Turn: ($4.75) Qs (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks
Spade hits and it's not my card - check / check.

River: ($4.75) Ts (2 players)
SB bets $1.75, Hero raises to $5, SB folds
Bingo! Another spade hits. I have played this hand like I have AK. He cannot call my river raise which is a little under pot ($5 into $7) because he puts me on AK and he has neither the As nor Ks. He probably has a Js or a pocket pair 99 with a spade. At any rate, I know that he knows I can't raise this spot without a good spade; his bet is more of a blocker bet.

Final Pot: $8.25
Hero wins $7.84
(Rake: $0.41)
I think the bluffed pots are more satisfying to take down than the hands where I have the best hand.
