A great misclick bet

I've been putting pressure on the limpers particularly from in position, when the following hand happens:

Full Tilt Poker $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em - 8 players - http://www.thehandconverter.com/hands/273828
The Official DeucesCracked.com Hand History Converter

UTG+1: $24.75
MP1: $13.39
MP2: $26.30
CO: $27.45
Hero (BTN): $27.54
SB: $25.12
BB: $11.14
UTG: $9.56

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is BTN with 8h Ac
2 folds, MP1 calls $0.25, 2 folds, Hero raises to $1, 2 folds, MP1 calls $0.75
Typical button steal; MP1 limp - get that junk outta here.

Flop: ($2.35) 9d Qh 6s (2 players)
MP1 checks, Hero bets $12, MP1 raises to $12.39 all in, Hero calls $0.39
Completely dry board; I'm going to take a stab at it. Problem is I accidentally bet $12 instead of $1.25! Oops. At this point, I'm not folding to his all in shove for $.39 more, even though I know I'm beat. I have an over card (ace).

Turn: ($27.13) Tc (2 players - 1 is all in)
Runner

River: ($27.13) 7s (2 players - 1 is all in)
Runner

Final Pot: $27.13
MP1 shows Qd Td (two pair, Queens and Tens)
Hero shows 8h Ac (a straight, Ten high)
I don't feel bad at all for this. The guy is calling off his whole stack, 50+ blinds, with QT? Come on! There are a TON of better hands that clearly beat you. Now I know my shove is suspect, but are you really willing to play for your stack with a marginal holding like QT? Particularly when you have 30-40 hands on me, and I haven't done anything out of the ordinary? I definitely don't feel bad for this suckout.
Hero wins $25.78
(Rake: $1.35)
