WTF Hand - set vs. set vs. 2 pair and straight flush over straight flush

I played a bit over at PokerStars and ran into some interesting hands last night...

I can't believe this hand plays out this way, but a flopped top vs. bottom set vs. two pair are no good against the power of runner-runner.  All three players chop this one up due to a running straight.  How much does this suck?
