If he has a Jx hand, he can call the raise.  At this point, based on his call, I believe he has trips.  He's a donkey and I want to value own him.

He checks to limit the pot size, going into pot control mode.  Given that he's a donkey (unfortunately, I don't have his stats readily available, but they're north of 50% VPIP), I think he's check / calling any and all river bets here.  I also don't think he's good enough to lay down trips, or even trips / no kicker.  After careful consideration, I settle on open shoving as the most effective means of getting all in as I don't believe he's ever check / raising the river without a A J / J 4 / J 7 hand, and he wants desperately to get to showdown.
