Follow up on "in order" - the 96o hand!

Stackage again! This one was a Big Blind special!

Only ~100BBs to go before this hand is break-even for me. Maybe there is something to this hand? NAH!!!!

Full Tilt Poker $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em - 9 players
The Official DeucesCracked.com Hand History Converter

MP2: $50.70
CO: $125.35
BTN: $56.50
SB: $72.35
Hero (BB): $50.00
UTG: $61.35
UTG+1: $39.70
UTG+2: $52.50
MP1: $132.95

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is BB with 9c 6d
1 fold, UTG+1 raises to $1, 2 folds, MP2 calls $1, 2 folds, SB calls $0.75, Hero calls $0.50
Let's see if 96o can do something for me!

Flop: ($4.00) 7d 9h 6h (4 players)
SB requests TIME, SB checks, Hero bets $4, UTG+1 folds, MP2 raises to $12, SB folds, Hero calls $8
I want to play this hand fast. It is a marginal top / bottom pair. His raise almost pushed me off of my hand; I strongly considered a fold here. Poker stove says I'm a 55/45 favorite, so my decision was just as marginal as my equity.

This almost became a WWYD (What would you do) post... It's a marginal spot, where 777 & T8 beat me, but is MP2 overcalling T8? 77 certainly, but T8 as a first player in to a min raise from UTG+1? Then I started thinking about overpairs who could overcall the raise, which is what I put MP2 on.

Turn: ($28.00) 9d (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets $20, Hero raises to $37 all in, MP2 calls $17
I have no reason not to think he'll continue to bet. Now I'm hoping he has a set / overpair (better he has a set drawing to 1 out than an overpair drawing to 2 outs). He doesn't fail me, either.

River: ($102.00) Kh (2 players - 1 is all in)

Final Pot: $102.00
MP2 shows Th Jh (a flush, King high) - Uggg...
Hero shows 9c 6d (a full house, Nines full of Sixes) - Nice big blind special!
Hero wins $99.00
(Rake: $3.00)
