What would you do #54? - Facing flop push

This may be an easy one... from the Rush tables:

Full Tilt Poker $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em - 9 players
The Official DeucesCracked.com Hand History Converter

SB: $33.40
BB: $140.05
Hero (UTG): $79.60
UTG+1: $86.25
UTG+2: $22.05
MP1: $122.95
MP2: $44.95
CO: $52.05
BTN: $49.50

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is UTG with Kd Kh
Hero raises to $1.75, UTG+1 calls $1.75, 5 folds, SB calls $1.50, BB calls $1.25
I think I'm seeing a 3bet with QQ+. I'm definitely seeing a 3bet with KK+.

Flop: ($7.00) Qs 9s Jd (4 players)
SB bets $31.65 all in, BB folds, Hero calls $31.65, UTG+1 folds
UTG+1 is a 60BB effective stack. Do I see him holding KT, 99, JJ or QQ for flopped sets, or the two pair combos? It's possible, but I more than likely put him on a QT / JT combination, or 2 spades. If he has a straight draw, I take 2 of his outs by holding the King.

I think this is an easy call, right?

Turn: ($70.30) 2h (2 players - 1 is all in)

River: ($70.30) Js (2 players - 1 is all in)

Final Pot: $70.30
SB shows Qd 8s (two pair, Queens and Jacks)
Hero shows Kd Kh (two pair, Kings and Jacks)
Hero wins $67.30
(Rake: $3.00)
